Service Dissatisfaction:If you are unsatisfied with your consultant’s service (e.g., incorrect information, slow response times) due to the service provider’s fault, we will assist you in changing consultants and help facilitate any applicable refund process as outlined in the contract.
Unsatisfactory Admission Results:If you do not receive an offer from any of the universities, or the one specified in the contract, the service provider will issue a refund as stipulated in the contract.
Dispute Resolution:In the event of a refund dispute, we will actively intervene to help protect your legal rights.
